Early voting is in the lobby of the government center, 100 North Street, Monticello and at Sullivan County Public Health, 50 Community Lane in Liberty.

NOTE: Effective January 1, 2024 ANY registered voter can request a mail-in ballot, no longer meeting requirements for “absentee” ballots. But once you request it, you can only vote with that paper ballot, whether you mail it in or deliver it to a polling place in person.
