The Cochecton Democratic Club has served for many years as a place for registered Democrats in the Town of Cochecton to gather to get to know one another and to try to have a positive impact on the community. We work to identify, recruit and support candidates for local Town offices, and, in conjunction with the Sullivan County Democratic Committee, we support Democratic candidates to represent us at the County, State and Federal levels. We host candidate meetings, participate in voter education and run get-out-the-vote drives. Members elect a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer every two years. Membership is open to anyone who is a registered Democrat in the Town of Cochecton who has paid the annual dues as set each year by the members.”
